Not all wisdom survives translation into process. Some must remain embedded in practice, evolving through use. The skill is knowing which is which—and having the patience to let trust and judgment develop when quarterly pressures demand immediate results.

The shipping container made global trade frictionless. The companies that moved the boxes rarely made real money.

As AI makes intelligence frictionless, history is rhyming. The question isn’t whether you own the model—it’s whether you’ve built the assets around it that cannot be copied.
